Refund Policy

You may return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Engraved or personalised pieces are final sale unless they arrive faulty.

Email Support@marhabu.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for faulty items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
